National Office Branding Program
Overview
In 2024, I assumed responsibility for Tyler Technologies' office branding initiatives, helping create a more consistent and engaging brand experience across locations nationwide. My involvement with this started with the company's major acquisition of NIC. We had dozens of offices across the country that needed to be switched to reflect Tyler's brand. Since then, I have supported branding efforts for approximately 35 offices across the country, with additional locations continuing to roll out.
Challenge
With offices distributed across the country, maintaining a cohesive brand experience required balancing consistency with the unique needs of each location. Also, every office has different stakeholders, working different hours, with limited availability. Since I leveraged a national signage company, this entire process was done entirely remotely, requiring a lot of clear communication.
Approach
I continued on the established office branding, seeking consistent branding through every office across the country. There are minimum branding requirements that were met in some locations, and extra branding and signage added to others. This work required close collaboration with local stakeholders, facilities teams, vendors, and leadership groups to make sure each installation met both functional and brand objectives.
