Tyler Connect: Building a Unified Brand Experience for 7,000 Attendees
Overview
Tyler Connect is Tyler Technologies' annual user conference, bringing together approximately 7,000 attendees from across the public sector. Since 2024, I have played a key role in shaping the event's visual experience, helping guide branding, environmental graphics, and creative execution.
In 2025, I facilitated the development of a new permanent Tyler Connect brand identity and became the conference's primary creative lead.
Challenge
As Tyler Connect continued to grow, the event required a more cohesive visual identity and a scalable creative approach capable of supporting attendee experiences across digital, print, environmental, and on-site applications.
The challenge was not only creating compelling visuals, but also aligning multiple stakeholders, vendors, and production partners around a unified vision.
Approach
I led a collaborative workshop to establish the foundation for a new permanent Tyler Connect brand. From there, I guided the creative direction for event materials and environmental branding while partnering closely with marketing, events, and executive stakeholders.
As Tyler expanded its production capabilities through a partnership with Freeman, I participated in the vendor selection process and continue to work closely with their team to review concepts, provide feedback, and ensure creative consistency.

Results
Today, Tyler Connect operates with a dedicated visual identity designed to scale with the conference's continued growth. Through close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, the event delivers a more consistent and engaging attendee experience while supporting the broader Tyler brand.
